PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Judge Group, a leader in global professional services, has promoted Jared Rakes to Executive Vice President, responsible for Judge’s technology consulting and solutions group, and for its human capital management division.
Rakes joined The Judge Group in 2012 as a Managing Director for the company’s Management Consulting Practice, focusing on driving sales as well as expanding the group’s service offerings.

Rakes is a 15-year IT consulting industry veteran. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University.
