AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Abila, formerly Sage Nonprofit Solutions, a provider of software solutions dedicated to serving dynamic nonprofit organizations and government agencies, has acquired McLean, Va.-based Avectra, a leading provider of Web-based CRM solutions for associations and not-for-profits.
With the acquisition, Abila becomes one of the largest software solutions providers serving the nonprofit, association and membership sectors, dramatically expanding its client base and technology offering.
