NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) today announced that Lauren P. Flaherty has been named executive vice president and chief marketing officer, effective August 1, 2013. Flaherty will report directly to CA Technologies Chief Executive Officer Michael P. Gregoire.

Before joining CA Technologies, Flaherty was executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Juniper Networks, one of the world’s most successful networking companies. Flaherty joined Juniper in 2009 and is credited with creating a world-class marketing capability that now extends from brand thought leadership and pipeline generation to digital, mobile and social media.

In addition to her many industry awards, Flaherty is a member of the Board of Directors for the AdCouncil and holds chair seats on several CMO advisory boards. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and is married with two children.
