BERWYN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On February 15th, 2013 G3 Global acquired Diagonal Consulting, Inc. from 2e2, in order to enhance its US operation and to enable a wider portfolio of services to be delivered to the existing customer base. Within 6 weeks the Diagonal operation had been fully integrated into G3 Global including sales and marketing processes, consulting and support, operations and finance and administration.

This month G3 Global announced record Q1 year on year Revenue growth of 94% over Q1 2012. This growth is especially significant considering the fact that results for year ended 28 February 2013 saw revenue growth of 46% over the previous year.

First quarter results have seen an increase in the US headcount of 50% and increase in the UK headcount of 21% (for the year ended February 2013, UK headcount grew 62% and revenue 46%).
Nine net new customers have been added across the UK and the US during quarter 1 for G3 Global’s offerings for SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Upgrades, SAP BusinessByDesign and Consulting Services.
The next phase in the integration of the Diagonal business into G3 Global will include a full branding alignment across the US, the UK and the South African businesses. A new brand will provide a single identity for the entire business. CEO Chris Gunter noted, “We want to maintain our strong culture across the business and this decision enables us to finalize our integration with a single name across our global operations, underpinned by the single consistent support and project delivery processes we have implemented.”
Formal rebranding is planned to take place within this quarter.
