NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Turkish Airlines was chosen for the third year in a row by Skytrax as the “Best Airline in Europe.” In addition to this prestigious award, the airline was also awarded “Best Business Class Catering” for its Flying Chef service for Business Class passengers on long flights.

The results of the 2013 World Airline Awards were announced on June 18, 2013 at the Paris Air Show. “Best Airline in Europe” and “Best Business Class Catering” awards were presented to Turkish Airlines’ CEO Temel Kotil Ph.D. by Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted. The results were determined after a 10-month global survey of consumers from more than 160 countries who represented more than 100 nationalities.
