BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--QPID™ Inc., an innovative provider of health record acceleration and intelligence solutions, today announced its continued growth with the addition of Janine Powell as VP of Client Services. QPID is a health care startup venture backed by Matrix Partners, Cardinal Partners, Partners Innovation Fund, and Massachusetts General Physician Organization (MGPO).

Janine Powell’s extensive healthcare experience will excel QPID’s client services team, as she applies knowledge from former client service and product roles at Encore Health Resources, Medsphere Systems Corporation, Skylight Healthcare Systems, Bridge Medical and McKesson. She will focus on providing implementation, customer care and client management services to clients, which include various entities in the Partners Health Care System - most notably, Massachusetts General and Brigham & Women’s Hospitals. Powell’s experience in creating positive customer experiences that lead to long term loyalty will help QPID accelerate new client integrations and expand its existing innovation to improve the U.S. health care industry nationwide.
