MIPI® RFFE and SPI interface compatible, the WS1035 features seven bits of capacitance control with resolution of 100 fF within a single-chip wafer-level chip-scale (WLCSP) package. The WS1035 provides these features in a footprint that is 60 percent smaller, making it the premier solution for LTE and LTE-Advanced devices where size, performance and flexibility are paramount. The ultra-linear WS1035 supports stringent requirements for carrier aggregation and LTE-A applications on a global basis, and its interface is plug-and-play compatible with major smartphone chipsets and radio modems.
