inovia Expands New York Headquarters at New Downtown Location

New Office Space to Accommodate Accelerated Growth and Increased Headcount at Leading Foreign Filing Firm

NEW YORK--()--inovia, the leading foreign filing provider, today announced the expansion and relocation of its global headquarters to Manhattan’s Financial District. The announcement comes at the close of a record year and inovia’s 10th anniversary.

The company’s previous headquarters, just blocks from the iconic Flatiron Building, was home to inovia’s New York team for four years. inovia’s New York headcount increased 30% in 2012, prompting the need for more space. The new office, just steps from the New York Stock Exchange, offers double the space of the company’s previous location, helping immediately satisfy additional staff needs while enabling inovia to easily accommodate future growth.

inovia’s US sales team, marketing department, and IP Group call the company’s New York headquarters home. inovia’s clients are also supported by the company’s offices in Munich and Sydney and a global agent network covering 110 countries.

“Moving into this new space at 30 Broad Street marks another important milestone for inovia,” said Joe Marino, President of inovia. “Demand for outsourced IP solutions and our services has increased dramatically over the last few years. A larger, brighter space for our team to work in complements our growth trajectory.”

Please note inovia’s new address:

30 Broad Street, 41st Floor
New York, NY 10004

The company’s New York phone number and email address will remain the same.
