NEW YORK & MONTERREY, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has updated the criteria report 'Latin American Trustees and Common Representatives'.
This criteria report covers rating drivers for national-scale ratings for trustees and common representatives in Latin America. These ratings assess an entity's operational ability to perform the duties associated with such a function; but they are not credit ratings.
This report updates and replaces the prior criteria report 'Trustee and Common Representative Services in Mexico,' dated March 27, 2006. Changes relate to further details and clarifications on the key rating factors assessed and the introduction of rating outlooks and watches for these ratings.
This criteria update does not result in any rating changes, but Fitch will gradually assign outlooks or watches to its outstanding Latin American trustee and common representative ratings.
