HIGHLAND VILLAGE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--To offer a greater variety of plan and price options, Alpha Dental Programs, Inc. today introduced new plan designs for its DeltaCare® USA HMO dental product in Texas.
Eight new plan designs now are available to Texas-based employers with two or more employees. Effective January 1, 2013, these new and enhanced plans increase choices — especially for employers offering dual-choice and flexible dual-choice plans. There are also more benefits for patients, such as adult fluoride treatments and up to 17 additional covered procedures, depending on the plan chosen.
“DeltaCare USA programs are designed to meet the pricing needs of employers and enrollees alike and provide a wide range of benefits with no annual maximum,” said Belinda Martinez, senior vice president of Sales for Delta Dental of California, the parent company of Alpha Dental Programs. “Enrollees simply visit their assigned DeltaCare USA dental office for all their care and pay set copayments for covered services. This makes it easy for the enrollee to budget for and control the out-of-pocket costs associated with their dental care.”
Relying on a carefully selected network of nearly 1,000 dentist locations in Texas, DeltaCare USA provides coverage for a range of dental procedures, including orthodontics for children and adults on selected plans; most diagnostic and basic restorative services are covered at little or no cost to the enrollee. There is no annual deductible, annual maximum or waiting period, as is typically the case with fee-for-service indemnity dental plans. In addition, all DeltaCare USA dentists undergo a comprehensive credentialing process to ensure they meet quality standards.
DeltaCare USA is offered in Texas by Alpha Dental Programs, Inc. and administered by Delta Dental Insurance Company. More information about DeltaCare USA and other dental products offered in Texas may be found at deltadentalins.com.
