Karl Wiegers has many years of experience as a software developer, requirements analyst, quality engineer and process improvement leader. He has worked with more than 100 companies and government organizations, helping them to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their software development activities. Karl started in software development at Kodak, working in various roles for nearly 20 years. He founded software development training and consulting company, Process Impact, in 1997.
