ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Volt Workforce Solutions, the staffing business unit of Volt Information Sciences, announced that its President, Tom Daley, has been elected to the position of Second Vice Chairman of the American Staffing Association Board of Directors. The announcement was made during the trade group’s annual membership meeting held at Staffing World in October.
Daley joins representatives from 12 independent firms and 12 national companies who serve on ASA’s board of directors.
As president of Volt Workforce Solutions, Daley is responsible for Volt's global talent acquisition operations, serving a broad array of industries with contingent employees, professional search services, managed solutions and recruitment process outsourcing. During three decades at Volt, starting in 1980, Daley has been instrumental in driving the company's growth to make it one of the world's largest staffing companies.
