Hyer’s presentation, entitled “Facing Utility Challenges: Managing Risk and Addressing Aging Infrastructure Needs,” outlines the current aging infrastructure problem and identifies simple and effective strategies to quantify asset risk and prioritize renewal and replacement needs for utilities.
