Mindspeed to Spotlight Multi-Core ARM-Based Solutions for Next-Generation Broadband Products at Computex Taipei 2012

Demonstrations to Highlight Advances in Security, Wireless, VoIP and Digital Home Applications

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--()--Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSPD), a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, today announced that it is showcasing advanced system-on-chip (SoC) solutions for residential and enterprise broadband devices during Computex Taipei 2012, Asia's largest information and communications technology (ICT) event.

The company will be demonstrating its family of multi-core packet processors for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers, service providers, press and analysts from June 5 through June 9, 2012, at booth D0225a in Hall 1 of the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) Exhibition Hall in Taipei, Taiwan.

Mindspeed®’s live demonstrations will highlight the extensive capabilities of the company’s Comcerto® family of embedded packet processors. These solutions, supported by Mindspeed's growing ecosystem of hardware and software partners, offer a scalable platform for OEMs to deliver residential gateway devices that subscribers can use to receive leading-edge video and interactive content, home automation and security services via tablets, high-definition (HD) video monitors and smart home electronics systems.
