CORBEIL-ESSONNES, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Altis Semiconductor, the innovative European based specialty foundry, has appointed Vincent Marcel Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board. In this role, Vincent Marcel takes over responsibility for the company's overall financial management, and analysis, strategy and planning functions.
Prior to joining Altis Semiconductor, Vincent Marcel held from 1998 to 2010 various executive positions within the Valeo Group, a global automotive parts manufacturer. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Group’s management board, as Group Vice-President, Finances & Strategic Operations. Before, from 1995 to 1998, he was Director at Banexi (investment bank of BNP Paribas) in charge of the Telecommunications and IT sectors. Vincent started his career in 1985 at France Telecom Group, holding various positions in the US and Japan.
Vincent Marcel holds Master’s degrees in engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (Paris) and has received an MBA from INSEAD.
