He has a unique background of wide-ranging outsourcing experience combined with nine years of leading large consulting engagements. A founding partner of BearingPoint, David has significant experience in the private as well as the federal, state and local government sectors in the US. He also has extensive global experience, having supported sales and delivery in Asia, South America, Canada and Europe.
