CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Projecis, Inc., a project content and management software company, will be demonstrating its cloud-based project management platform – www.projecis.com – at the Drug Information Association (DIA) conference in Chicago through June 22. Designed by clinical research organization (CRO) industry expert, Russell Holmes, Projecis solves the unique project management needs of the clinical research industry.
Feature enhancements in version 1.3 of Projecis are beneficial to projects where Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS) functions and trial documentation are critical. For example, users can now manage project issues and feedback with the ticketing system to capture quality assurance and Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) problems. Comments can be attached in real-time member communication for further clarification.
Additionally, videos can be uploaded to projects as either files or news updates, with optional access to video transcription for timely key word searches. Attachments can now be added to member discussions, allowing for audio files to play and images to display right in-line. The file repository can load and distribute artifacts such as protocols, amendments, regulatory documents and monitoring reports to team members - with just a few clicks.
Alberta Soranzo, a Web Strategies Manager at UCLA, says Projecis has measurably increased her productivity.
"Projecis meets my needs better than any other project management software I have used – my productivity has skyrocketed. Projecis allows me to organize, access and track documents, plus schedules and people, from one central point,” says Soranzo. “Projecis’ responsiveness to end users is nothing short of amazing. Every email, tweet or phone call is addressed within minutes, even if to just respond with a ‘thank you’ or to give a shout out. I can't see how products like Basecamp are going to survive now that Projecis is available."
Projecis is offering a free 30-day trial, and after that a monthly rate of $12 per user, per month. Anyone can sign up for the trial and transfer the account to their organization as a regular subscription. Organizations can subscribe to Projecis for less than 50 cents per day, per seat.
