Fabege (STO:FABGA) has signed a 15-year lease with the Swedish Football Association (SFA) pertaining to the Uarda 1 property in Arenastaden, in Solna outside Stockholm. The agreement encompasses about 4,550 sqm of office and production space, and occupancy is scheduled for November 2012.
The property, which will be fully renovated and have three floors added, is part of Fabege’s development project in Arenastaden.
