Terry McKay Joins The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ to Head New Global Financial Services Group

Will manage a team that helps customers solve complex global financial issues

NEW YORK--()--The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU) today announced that Terry McKay has been appointed managing director and head of the newly established Global Financial Solutions Group within the bank’s corporate and investment banking organization. McKay reports to Randall Chafetz, Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for the Americas.

In his new role, McKay will manage a New York-based team working with relationship managers throughout the Americas to help the bank’s customers solve the complex financial issues that are inherent in global business transactions.

“Appropriately meeting the financial needs of our customer set increasingly requires the delivery of sophisticated solutions-based products and services,” says Chafetz. “Terry brings an ideal combination of experience and business acumen to help build our reputation and our business.”

McKay was most recently Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance, at Rabobank International. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, Structured Finance, at JPMorgan Chase. He has an LLM from NYU Law School and has completed the TRIUM Global MBA Program offered by an alliance of NYU’s Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris, an international business school.
