Neolane Adds Industry Veteran to Head North American Sales

Former Unica Executive Brian Serino Joins Leadership Team to Drive Aggressive Revenue Growth and Market Share

NEWTON, Mass.--()--Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane, Inc. today announced that Brian Serino has joined the company as vice president of sales for North America. Formerly with Unica, Serino has more than 20 years of technology sales experience with the proven ability to build and manage teams that exceed goals and drive profitability. At Neolane, Serino will be responsible for doubling the size of the company’s sales team and driving increased revenues and market share for its conversational marketing technology.

While working at Unica for eight years, Serino served in multiple senior sales management positions that included vice president of sales for the Eastern U.S. and vice president, North American sales. While with the company, he doubled the size of the sales team, drove a ten-fold increase in revenue, and supported the company’s successful IPO and eventual acquisition by IBM.

Previously, as vice president of North American sales at Entigo, Serino was instrumental in reengineering the company to become more product-centric while initiating the development of the sales force and consulting organization, and developing key channel partnerships. Earlier in his career, Serino also held senior sales leadership positions at Vitria Technology and Bay State Computer.
