DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pearson Partners International, a retained executive search and assessment firm, announces the addition of four members to its Board of Advisors. Newly appointed members include:
- James “Jim” Flynn, CEO of Wingstop Restaurants, Inc.;
- Greg Langston, founding partner of CresaPartners;
- Rosalyn “Roz” Mallet, CEO and president of PhaseNext Hospitality; and
- Warren Strickland, founder and owner of Ranger Ventures.
“As we are frequently engaged to identify and place board directors for our executive search clients, we see strong value in having such governance and structure within our own organization with both a board of directors and a board of advisors,” said Robert Pearson, chief executive officer of Pearson Partners.
The Board of Advisors meets on a quarterly basis to review the firm’s business progress and to provide external insights and advice to strengthen the company. The new members join eight existing advisory board members that have been selected based on industry-specific leadership and knowledge.
