TEKsystems Receives Best of Staffing™ Award for Client Satisfaction

HANOVER, Md.--()--TEKsystems, the nation’s leading technology staffing and services company, was named to Inavero’s 2011 Best of Staffing list, presented by CareerBuilder, for achieving a level of client satisfaction that more than doubles the industry standard. Inavero uses the Net Promoter Score® (NPS) methodology to define the staffing industry’s elite leaders in service quality and commitment to client satisfaction. The Best of Staffing award is the only one of its kind and the largest client satisfaction survey for the staffing industry in North America.

Out of 6,000 staffing firms in North America, less than one percent were recognized with the Best of Staffing distinction. To qualify, Inavero surveyed thousands of clients that used staffing services within the prior three months and analyzed responses to determine satisfaction levels. Firms that made the list were consistently given high marks for their ability to partner with their clients, their responsiveness, and their extensive knowledge of their clients’ industries and organizational needs.
