Ethernet Alliance® Hosts Second 40 Gigabit Ethernet and 100 Gigabit Ethernet IEEE Std. 802.3baTM-2010 Interoperability Test Event

WHAT:

   

The Ethernet Alliance Higher Speed Ethernet Subcommittee (HSE) has announced it will host an IEEE 802.3ba 40Gb/s and 100Gb/s interoperability test event tentatively scheduled for the week of April 18 in Durham, NH at the University of New Hampshire Interoperability Lab (UNH-IOL).

 
The Ethernet Alliance invites both members and non-members to participate in this 40G and 100G Ethernet interoperability test event for equipment designed to the IEEE 802.3ba standard. The goal of the event will be to perform testing across a broad vendor community, exercise interoperability across multiple platforms and assist participants in addressing potential interoperability issues.
 

WHY:

These interoperability test events help vendors create interoperable, market-ready products that are based upon the IEEE 802.3ba standard.
 

WHEN:
