SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KOFAX TRANSFORM EVENT – Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, today announced the success of its Transform 2011 Americas event, hosted in San Diego.
Attended by more than 650 customers, partners and industry thought leaders from across vertical industries, Transform 2011 Americas commenced with a keynote address from John Mancini, President of the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM). Mancini’s presentation introduced the findings of a new AIIM study that illustrate how document capture, the critical first step in the content management lifecycle, serves as the crucial foundation for the development of electronic content beyond basic “systems of record” to empowering higher value “systems of engagement.”
“As document capture continues to deliver the proven ability to automate and accelerate business-critical processes, Transform 2011 Americas provided attendees with the tools, resources and best practices around information capture and transformation that are easy to implement and leverage to reduce costs and enable measurable ROI,” said Mancini.
Transform 2011 Americas also saw the introduction of Kofax Customer Connect, a new customer reference program designed to help Kofax customers showcase their innovation and success with Kofax solutions. Members benefit from the program through opportunities to share their success with their peers, receive recognition awards and enjoy Kofax event discounts.
Also at Transform 2011 Americas, Kofax recognized 17 customers and partners as leaders in their markets through awards for customer excellence, most successful value added reseller and most successful newcomer to the Kofax Global Partner Program.
“Transform Americas’ success follows closely after Kofax’s highly regarded Transform EMEA event, further proving that the Kofax Transform conferences are the most comprehensive of their type in the capture software and services industry,” said Martyn Christian, Chief Marketing Officer at Kofax. “Interaction with our customers and partners is vital to our position as the leader in document driven business process automation solutions. Transform is the ideal forum for bringing the Kofax team, users and partners face to face to foster the collaborative relationships that help us better understand and serve customers seeking to make strategic investments to accelerate their business processes and reduce costs.”
Transform 2011 EMEA took place in Barcelona, Spain, January 11-12. As a unique forum to help attendees gain practical insight into document driven business process automation solutions and best practices, the Transform events feature educational workshops, customer case studies, product sessions and industry insights by recognized thought leaders. The events also offer attendees the opportunity to network with hundreds of their peers and partners in the exhibition hall and in various social activities. Plans are already underway for Transform 2012. The Americas event will be held in San Diego on March 12-13 and the EMEA event will be held in Vienna, Austria on April 19-20.
