DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kosmos Energy announces today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. Kosmos intends to apply to list its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Credit Suisse and Citi will act as global coordinators and, along with Barclays Capital, as joint book-running managers of the offering.
