First Internet Bank Promotes Nick Campbell to Chief Lending Officer

Strengthens lending strategy across the Bank's specialized business lines

FISHERS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Internet Bank announced that Nick Campbell has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. In his new role, he will lead the Bank's lending organizations, including Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending, Commercial Real Estate Financing, Acquisition, Development and Construction (ADC) Lending, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Lending, Consumer Lending and Business Lending. He is responsible for leading lending strategy, driving portfolio growth and expanding the specialized lending solutions that help businesses and consumers achieve their financial goals nationwide.

Mr. Campbell joined First Internet Bank in March 2017 as Vice President, CRE Portfolio Manager. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, CRE Relationship Manager and First Vice President, Credit Administration, before being promoted to First Vice President, Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and later to First Vice President, Senior Credit Officer. During his tenure, he has helped drive the growth and performance of the Bank's commercial real estate portfolio, particularly in construction and development lending. As Senior Credit Officer, he provided leadership for credit administration and risk management, partnered with lending teams on credit strategy and underwriting, and helped ensure the continued quality and performance of the Bank's loan portfolio.

He brings more than two decades of lending and banking experience to his role. Prior to joining First Internet Bank, he held positions with FORUM Credit Union and Monroe Bank. He earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Ball State University.
