“Families affected by Alzheimer’s disease are seeking clear, trustworthy information they can easily access and understand,” said Stacy Pagos Haller, president and CEO of BrightFocus Foundation. “By adapting our popular, live Zoom In conversations to the podcast format, we’re making these important expert insights available to even more people wherever and whenever they choose to listen.”

The first three episodes, released today, explore eligibility and usage information for the FDA-approved disease-modifying treatments Leqembi and Kisunla (Dr. Armen Moughamian, Sutter Health); how to recognize the earliest signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s (Dr. Sharon Cohen, University of Toronto); and how modifying certain lifestyle factors have been proven to substantially improve brain health (Dr. Laura Baker, Wake Forest University School of Medicine). Episodes feature internationally recognized Alzheimer’s researchers, physicians, and clinicians; previous guests have included leading researchers from Washington University in St. Louis, Harvard, Mayo Clinic, and Barrow Neurological Institute.

New episodes will be released bi-weekly and available on major podcast platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

Let’s Talk Alzheimer’s is hosted by Nancy Keach, senior vice president at BrightFocus Foundation and an award-winning documentary film producer. Episodes cover timely topics such as early diagnosis, treatment options, non-pharmacological interventions, brain health research, active clinical trials, and practical guidance—helping individuals, families, and caregivers make sense of an often overwhelming journey.

“Alzheimer’s research is advancing rapidly, and there is tremendous interest in understanding what these discoveries mean for individuals and families,” said Haller. “This podcast helps translate complex science into engaging, approachable conversations people can listen to anytime.”
