Lincoln Property Company Boosts Corporate Advisory Platform With Top-Tier Occupier Advisory Team

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”) today announced that a top-performing occupier advisory team has officially joined its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) platform, strengthening the firm’s expertise in multi-market corporate occupier brokerage and tenant representation.

The new team includes seven professionals who most recently worked together at Savills, where they consistently ranked among the top one percent nationally, and is widely recognized across the industry as one of the leading global occupier services teams. The group is co-led by industry veterans Corey Davidson and David DiPietro, former vice chairmen at Savills.

The full team, based across Los Angeles, New York and Houston, will support national and global clients while expanding Lincoln’s CAS advisory capabilities in data analytics, financial structuring, portfolio optimization, asset monetization and comprehensive strategic planning. Collectively, the group brings 145 years of combined experience and has executed over 2,500 transactions totaling more than 60 million square feet and $20 billion in transaction value.
