Greg Bates Named President and CEO of Global Risk Consultants and Allison Toensing Named President of TÜV SÜD ARISE and ABIIC | Jim Marsh Stepping Down

WOODBRIDGE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TÜV SÜD America Inc. is pleased to announce that Greg Bates will assume the position of President and CEO of Global Risk Consultants and Allison Toensing will assume the position of President of TÜV SÜD ARISE and ABIIC. Greg and Allison will replace Jim Marsh who held both positions for many successful years.

To facilitate a smooth transition, Jim will continue as Industry Service Leader for the Americas Region and Risk Management Business Unit Manager for the Industry Service Division, providing valuable insights and support to both Greg and Allison until his retirement at the end of 2025.

Greg and Allison have extensive experience and deep industry expertise. Their leadership will ensure continuity in our strategic vision and our dedication to providing our clients with the highest level of service and partnership.
