Powered by Curbio® partnerships can earn brokerage owners significant co-op marketing fees and augment their agent and client services with an on-demand solution that can make every side ready for market or move-in.

Under the Powered by Curbio® partnership program, brokers present Curbio’s concierge renovation services to their agents as an option for their sellers and buyers. The local Curbio project manager oversees every aspect of the projects, from scheduling contractors, to sourcing materials, to on-site inspections, to ensuring on-time completion.
