Chief’s “The New Era of Leadership” Awards Return to Recognize the Executive Women Shaping the Future of Business

Nominations are due March 31 and winners will be announced in May

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Chief, the most powerful network of senior executive women, announces the second-annual New Era of Leadership Awards, honoring senior executive women who are shaping the future of business. For the second year, Chief is celebrating women executives who define a new era of leadership — embodying innovation, empathy, creativity, purpose, and resilience. Nominations are open today through March 31, 2025. All entries will be judged by a panel of outstanding women executives, and winners will be announced in May.

“The New Era of Leadership honors the trailblazing women who are redefining what it means to lead—driving transformation, breaking barriers, and shaping the future of business,” said Alison Moore, CEO of Chief. “We’re thrilled to bring these awards back for the second year to shine a spotlight on their impact and influence.”

The awards are open to U.S.-based VP-level and C-Suite leaders, and nominees can be Chief Members or non-members from the public or private sector. Chief’s 2025 New Era of Leadership Awards celebrate leaders who embody one or more of the following qualities:

  • Innovation: Demonstrating disruptive thinking to drive impact.
  • Empathy: Approaching leadership with a focus on inclusion.
  • Creativity: Reimagining traditional practices with original solutions.
  • Purpose: Influencing their industries, teams, or communities positively.
  • Resilience: Navigating adversity or uncertainty successfully.

The 2025 judging panel includes outstanding executives, including CEOs, industry disruptors, Chief Members, and winners of last year’s awards. This year's judges include:
