Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, Wisconsin Dells Promotes Two Long-Standing Associates to Director and Assistant Director of Sales

After years of dedicated work at Kalahari, Joey Greeno and Kortnee Carroll step into new leadership roles

WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kalahari Resorts and Conventions, one of the largest destinations for all under one roof meetings and conventions, proudly announces the promotions of two dedicated associates at its Wisconsin Dells resort: Joey Greeno, who has been promoted to Director of Sales, and Kortnee Carroll, who has been promoted to Assistant Director of Sales. Greeno and Carroll bring a wealth of sales expertise and years of experience in hospitality and event planning to their new positions.

Greeno joined Kalahari over 20 years ago as a Senior Sales Manager before serving as Assistant Director of Sales for over a decade. With a deep understanding of the resort’s convention and sales operations, Greeno has played a pivotal role in driving growth, securing new business, and elevating the Kalahari guest experience. In his new role, Greeno will oversee strategic sales initiatives and continue to expand Kalahari’s reach in the events and conventions industry.

Carroll has been with Kalahari since 2021 and has a lifelong passion for the events industry. With parents that owned a banquet hall, Carroll grew up surrounded by hospitality and has since built a successful career in sales. Her expertise and passion have helped her forge strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional events and experiences.

"We are thrilled to celebrate the well-deserved promotions of Joey and Kortnee, two individuals whose passion for their craft and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the success of our sales department in Wisconsin Dells,” said Gino Marasco, Vice President of Sales at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. “We are proud to have them continue to grow with us and look forward to seeing what they will accomplish in their new roles.”

Both Greeno and Carroll embrace Kalahari’s family-driven and community-first values. Outside of work, Greeno is a proud girl dad, a loving husband, and a dog dad to several adorable corgis. Carroll, proud mom of three, can often be found cheering at the ballpark or enjoying a dance recital when not creating unforgettable experiences for her clients.

Kalahari is excited to recognize and foster Greeno’s and Carroll’s career growth with these well-earned promotions. With their leadership, dedication and expertise, Kalahari will continue to strengthen its reputation as a premier destination for meetings, conventions and world-class guest experiences.
