Walser Automotive Group Expands with New Mitsubishi Dealership in Burnsville

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mitsubishi Motors is the latest brand to join Walser Automotive Group’s expanding portfolio. Walser Mitsubishi Burnsville will open in early April at 600 W 121st Street, the former site of Walser Experienced Autos. The dealership will employ 21 team members and bring new energy to the Burnsville community.

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is currently rolling out Mitsubishi Motors Momentum 2030, a bold business plan featuring new powertrains, expanded retail locations, and cutting-edge technology to enhance the car shopping and ownership experience. The initiative includes a push toward more electric vehicle options and plans to launch one new or refreshed model every year from fiscal 2026 through 2030.

Walser Mitsubishi Burnsville is the latest manufacturer franchise awarded to Walser. The Bloomington, Minn.-based dealer group will also open two more locations in Minnesota in late 2025: a Kia dealership in Minnetonka and the state’s first Lamborghini dealership in Wayzata.

Walser Automotive Group was ranked the 26th largest dealer group in the U.S. by Automotive News in 2024, representing over 23 brands across 28 locations nationwide.
