SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EdgeRunner AI, the leader in air-gapped, on-device AI agents for military and enterprise, today announced that Jay Yonamine has joined the company as its first Chief Product Officer (CPO).

“We’re thrilled to bring Jay on to lead product management at EdgeRunner,” said Tyler Saltsman, Founder & CEO at EdgeRunner AI. “Jay’s experience building industry defining consumer and enterprise AI solutions, plus his deep understanding of the geopolitical importance of AI for the U.S. military, will help supercharge our mission.”

Yonamine joins EdgeRunner from Google, where he spent the past decade building and scaling industry leading AI applications, initially focused on intellectual property and more recently as a Maps product lead, responsible for Google’s largest consumer product with fully on-device AI inference. “EdgeRunner is building technology to deploy incredibly powerful AI systems, but what’s unique about EdgeRunner is its unwavering mission to ensure that these systems are transparent, secure, and provide complete user autonomy,” Yonamine said. “I couldn’t be more excited to join Tyler and the world class team they’ve assembled to continue pushing the boundaries of AI at the edge.”
