The product will be offered through Huntersure, which is part of the Starwind Group, the program administrator, headquartered in Garden City, NY. GenStar and Huntersure will provide accounting professionals with customized professional liability insurance solutions in 45 states, on an admitted basis.
The Accountants’ Professional Liability program targets accounting firms that generate $2.5 million or less in annual revenue. Specialized coverage designed for accountants is automatically included such as: Privacy & Information Security, Employee Dishonesty, Disabled Partner Replacement, Production of Documents and Trial, Hearing or Arbitration Proceedings. Protection is also offered for Administrative Proceedings. Limits are available up to $3,000,000/$3,000,000.
