In her new role, Ellen will lead Horizon3.ai’s Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Community Engagement teams. With more than two decades of experience in customer-focused leadership roles within the technology and cybersecurity industries, Ellen will further enhance the company’s ability to deliver unparalleled value to its growing customer base.
Ellen joins Horizon3.ai after a 14-year tenure at Forescout Technologies, where she most recently served as Chief Customer Officer. Her expertise in organizational transformation, public speaking and community-building will add new strategic layers to Horizon3.ai’s customer-centric approach, while strengthening team cohesion and engagement.

Ellen holds a BA in Computer Science from Rollins College and has completed Executive Leadership training at Harvard Business School.
