In conjunction with the expansion of the Vallum platform, Sandy Ryan has joined the firm as a Managing Partner and a member of the Vallum Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Ryan spent two decades providing advisory services to private equity sponsors, lenders, and industry-leading corporate issuers surrounding proposed acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, in transactions valued at up to $5 billion, with principal focus on middle-market transactions ranging from $50 million to $300 million. He has led teams on cross-border transactions across global markets, including multiple mandates across Asia and Europe.
Prior to joining Vallum, Mr. Ryan held Managing Director and Sponsor Coverage positions at Houlihan Lokey and Portage Point Partners with a primary focus on Business and Tech-enabled Services. He started his career at KPMG where he was a Director in the Transaction and Restructuring Practice.
