The Griddle & Go concept has generated tremendous excitement among entrepreneurs, quickly becoming a cornerstone of Perkins future growth strategy. Since the concept was launched 65 days ago, the brand signed nearly 30 units, including 10 locations across New Jersey and multi-unit agreements in Texas and Calgary, Alberta. This momentum underscores the concept’s appeal in high-demand markets and its opportunity to redefine how consumers experience the beloved Perkins brand.
