NEW YORK--()--Cornell Capital LLC (“Cornell Capital” or the “firm”), a U.S.-based private investment firm with approximately $5.3 billion of AUM and offices in New York and Hong Kong, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Cattier to Partner. Based in the New York office, Ms. Cattier will continue to focus on advancing Cornell Capital’s strategic priorities, overseeing firm operations and personnel, and spearheading transformative infrastructure initiatives.

The announcement marks a significant milestone for Cornell Capital as the firm continues to grow its leadership team with seasoned professionals across all functional areas. This strategic appointment reflects the firm's ongoing commitment to fostering and rewarding excellence to drive long-term value for its investors.

Ms. Cattier joins Cornell Capital’s partner group which, following her promotion, will be comprised of 7 partners across New York and Hong Kong.

Jenn joined Cornell Capital as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience across multiple alternative investment asset classes to the firm. Prior to joining Cornell, Ms. Cattier was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SK Capital Partners, and previously served as the General Counsel of Almanac Realty Investors, the private real estate investment division of Neuberger Berman. Before joining Almanac, she held senior legal and compliance positions at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, focusing on private equity, real estate, and various strategic initiatives. Ms. Cattier began her career as a lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell.

Ms. Cattier received her B.S. from Trinity College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the Trinity College Board of Fellows.
