LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pillar, one of Kentucky’s leading social service agencies, today announced the addition of two new members of the organization’s senior leadership team. Sushil Nasta joins as Director of Finance and David Schlosser as Director of Operations. The announcement comes as Pillar is developing plans for growing on the more than 12 acres of developable land at its main campus in Oldham County.
“As Pillar begins planning to serve more people, we are building a strong foundation with a team that has vast experience cultivating such growth,” said Karri Gerdemann, Pillar Executive Director. “Sushil and David bring deep experience and skill sets that will be incredible assets to our team as they guide our financial decision-making and operations.”
Nasta, who will oversee Pillar’s financial operations, including billing, expense and cash management and financing, brings more than 30 years of financial experience in hospitality and hotel management to the organization. Nasta has led the development, construction, and financing of hotel properties in his prior role.
Schlosser previously served as Dare to Care Food Bank’s Chief Operations Officer and now joins Pillar’s leadership team with 18 years of success running daily operations for the nonprofit’s 13-county service area. In this role, Schlosser will oversee the maintenance of all facilities, IT, transportation, and Pillar’s internal food service operation.
