The 11-story, 1,095-room hotel in Rosemont, Illinois, underwent a $13 million guestroom renovation in 2020. This is the company’s first Hyatt Regency-branded hotel acquisition and its fifth hotel in Illinois.
Situated in the vibrant Chicago suburb of Rosemont, the hotel is located just 5 minutes from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport — the 5th-busiest airport in the U.S., serving 74 million passengers annually.
Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago is conveniently connected via skywalk to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The sprawling venue, which boasts more than 840,000 square feet of exhibition space, hosts a full calendar of events including the International Gem & Jewelry Show, the Illinois Bridal & Wedding Expo and The Chicago Sports Spectacular.
