His focus will be on delivering exceptional value to clients and identifying new market opportunities.
Mathis will continue in his role as Chief Insurance Officer, during which he has successfully restructured Insurity’s regulatory offerings to align with the evolving dynamics of the commercial insurance sector. Furthermore, as Chief Insurance Officer, he established the Insurance Office to ensure that prevailing market trends inform corporate strategy and conducted comprehensive analyses that have significantly influenced product development and positioning. In his new role, Mathis will lead initiatives aimed at addressing the intricate challenges faced by insurers, which include rising costs, technological advancements, and regulatory obligations.
