Ellington Financial Declares Common and Preferred Dividends

OLD GREENWICH, Conn.--()--Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the following: (i) a monthly dividend of $0.13 per share of common stock, payable on January 27, 2025 to common stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024; (ii) a quarterly dividend of $0.641878 per share on the Company's Series A Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on January 30, 2025 to Series A preferred stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024; (iii) a quarterly dividend of $0.390625 per share on the Company's 6.250% Series B Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on January 30, 2025 to Series B preferred stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024; (iv) a quarterly dividend of $0.5390625 per share on the Company's 8.625% Series C Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on January 30, 2025 to Series C preferred stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024; and (v) a quarterly dividend of $0.4375 per share on the Company's 7.00% Series D Cumulative Perpetual Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on December 30, 2024 to Series D preferred stockholders of record as of December 20, 2024.

As previously announced, the Company expects to complete the redemption of all 957,133 outstanding shares of its 8.250% Series E Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series E Preferred Stock") (NYSE: EFC PR A) on December 13, 2024 (the "Redemption Date"). The Series E Preferred Stock redemption price is estimated to be $25.540558 per share of Series E Preferred Stock (the "Redemption Price"), which is equal to the liquidation preference of $25.00 per share plus $0.540558 per share representing estimated accrued and unpaid dividends to the Redemption Date.
