With over 30 years of leadership experience across the defense, commercial aviation, and healthcare sectors, Horowitz has a proven track record of driving growth and overseeing strategic acquisitions. Drawing from his extensive experience in scaling companies and navigating complex markets, Horowitz will help Catalyze further develop its portfolio of innovative technology-driven companies.

Throughout his distinguished career, Horowitz has developed a reputation for identifying key business levers for success and building exceptional leadership teams.
