HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Care Access is hosting an Open House event for the community at their new Health & Research Center in Houston. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet the team of clinical research professionals, and learn about Care Access’s efforts to improve access to health resources and research opportunities for all communities. The Open House takes place on December 3 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 2525 W Bellfort Avenue, Suite 160, in Houston.
Care Access opened the Houston location in collaboration with local community leaders and healthcare providers seeking to make health resources more accessible to area residents.
Through the Future of Medicine program, Care Access has made no-cost Heart & Kidney Health Screenings available to the public at the Health & Research Center and community events across the Greater Houston area.
"I'm excited to be part of an initiative that brings vital health screenings directly to our community, helping to identify silent risks like Lp(a) that can significantly increase heart risks for patients," said Dr. Ali Bajwa, Principal Investigator.
