Willis as its new Chief Financial Officer. With more than 25 years of experience in finance, strategic business planning, and a deep background in the telecommunications industry, Willis will lead GeoLinks financial strategy across its broadband operations and nationwide Local Multi-point Distribution Service (LMDS) business.

Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, Willis has driven growth, cost-saving measures, M&A due diligence, and the management of complex financial integrations. In addition to key financial leadership positions at Tuff Boy Sales, Clark Pacific, and Core-Mark International, her career includes substantial telecommunications experience in senior roles at Frontier Communications, where she led Financial Operations for the West Region and procurement nationally.
In her new role at GeoLinks, Willis will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, risk management, and budget optimization. She will focus on implementing best practices to enhance resource management and promote sustainable growth.

Willis holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting, from California State University, Chico.
