Workspace Property Trust Provides Free Temporary Office Space to Tampa Businesses Following Hurricane Milton

BOCA RATON, Fla.--()--Workspace Property Trust (Workspace), one of the nation’s leading suburban commercial office owners and operators today announced that it is offering complimentary, short-term office space to Tampa businesses and community professionals impacted by Hurricane Milton. Workspace owns 34 properties representing 1.8 million square feet in the greater Tampa area.

  • Flexible Reservation Periods: Reservations can be made for durations ranging from one day to up to 30 days.
  • Furnished Spaces and Amenities: All workspaces are furnished and include secure Wi-Fi, restroom access, and either on-site or nearby dining options.
  • Shared and Private Options: Communal spaces will be available to maximize capacity, though private suites may also be available upon request.
  • Reservation Requirements: All bookings require 24-hour advance notice, with confirmation sent upon acceptance.

Importantly, Workspace is also extending temporary office space for government-related assistance programs working locally to deliver relief.
