Both are newly created positions, as the company seeks to fuel further growth coming off its strongest year of operations, yet. Over the past year, the company has seen significant growth in its core commercial and national business segments, reflecting an aggressive strategy to capture more market share and support service offerings with new automation and technology. Both report directly to Arch Painting President and CEO, Rich Kilgannon and sit on the company’s executive leadership team.
Prodromou is a seasoned entrepreneur, c-suite executive and strategic marketing and communications professional. He was president and CEO of Racepoint Global, an international marketing services company which he created by merging two companies – Racepoint Group (a PR and PA consultancy) and Digital Influence Group (a media marketing and creative services company) – to create a content-driven marketing strategy and services leader with operations on four continents. Following his time at Racepoint, Prodromou was CEO of Boston Digital and most recently a President of Boathouse Group.
Prodromou will work closely with Kilgannon to execute a strategic vision to amplify growth in the commercial and national account sectors, as well as launching the company’s new residential capability, Paintzen, a technology and service platform that radically transforms customer service through next generation automation. Prior to joining the company, Prodromou served on Arch’s Board of Directors.
