MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the tenth year in a row, Barron’s has named JNBA Financial Advisors CEO Richard S. Brown to its list of the top 100 independent advisors in the country, ranking 32nd overall and moving up from the 45th spot last year.
