TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) announced the appointment of Andy Hill to its Executive Leadership Team as Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer. Andy will lead Coke Florida’s retail customer management, foodservice and on-premise, marketing, franchise field operations, customer solutions, and franchise relations functions. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, Andy will also provide strategic oversight to teams across Coke Florida.

Andy has over 30 years of experience across the consumer and retail industries. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, US Retail at Mondelez International where he led the company to the number one Direct Store Delivery organization for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024, as ranked by the US Advantage Report. Prior to Mondelez, Andy held executive leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Vice President Sales and Operations for Coca-Cola Refreshments, where he led a business unit that had over $3 billion in sales and over 10,000 associates.
